Register as a Bright Ideas Computing member on this site by clicking the Login link at the bottom of this page followed by clicking the Register link and you can participate in our Answers for Coffee program.
We will answer your PC questions and give advice for just Five Bucks ($5) per issue. If my advice doesn’t resolve your issue and you need a more in-depth examination and troubleshooting session, then I’ll subtract $5.00 off your house-call appointment for that same issue. Obviously, I’m not going to drive to New York City for a house-call, so you’ll have to live in our local Kerrville, Texas coverage area to qualify for an on-site appointment.
Here’s how the program works:
1. When you have a question, click the Answers for Coffee link located in the lower right corner of this page to send your Five Bucks ($5).
2. Then use the contact form below to submit your question, once for each Five Bucks ($5) you sent via PayPal. Try to include the text of any error messages, the operating system (XP, Vista, 7, etc.), and a detailed description of what you are trying to accomplish.
I read all emails after normal working hours and will generally have an answer back to you within 24 hours, sometimes on the same day. If that answer did not solve your issue and you want to follow up with an on-site house-call, I’ll subtract Five Bucks ($5) from your on-site appointment in the local Kerrville, Texas area.
For those of you who still prefer the old fashioned service with one-on-one consulting or troubleshooting sessions, keep making your lists of questions and call us for your regular consulting appointments at your convenience.
