Do you have a Scheduled Maintenance Program?

Yes, we do have a Scheduled Maintenance Program that can help prevent many problems before they occur. This enables us to examine your computer’s hardware for potential problems such as failing cooling fans and maintain the optimal health of your operating system and programs.

Does the Scheduled Maintenance Program require a contract?

No. There is no contract to sign. You pay only for the maintenance time you need. You can terminate at any time without any obligation whatsoever.

How much does it cost?

The cost is the same as our standard consulting rates.

How do I sign up?

You simply call or email us to sign-up for a 1, 3, 4 or 6 month Scheduled Maintenance Program and we’ll contact you to make an appointment during the week your maintenance is due.

What things do you check during Scheduled Maintenance?

    • Clean PC interior of excess dust
    • Check power supply cooling fan operation
    • Check CPU cooling fan operation
    • Check for defective capacitors
    • Check for and remove any spyware
    • Check for anti-virus updates
    • Check for security updates
    • Check and verify file backup operation
    • Run Scandisk (if necessary)
    • Defragment hard drive (if necessary)

How many PCs will you accept into Scheduled Maintenance?

We will accept as many PCs as you have in your office or home. There is no additional charges for more than one PC.

Do your charges for Scheduled Maintenance include parts replacement?

No. There is an additional charge for replacement parts.

What if I have an emergency before my next Scheduled Maintenance?

All you have to do is call us for an emergency appointment and we can respond as quickly as possible. There is no need to wait until your next scheduled maintenance.
