Rates You Can Afford
Onsite Consulting, Troubleshooting, and Repair:
Normal-Hours Rate Fee
$69.00 per hour (half-hour minimum within our *coverage area) for the following:
Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
*Coverage area is within 20 miles driving distance to your location.
After-Hours & Holidays Rate Fee
$89.00 per hour (one hour minimum) for the following:
Mon-Fri after 6:00 pm and before 9:00 am, Saturday all day and Sunday all day
Travel Trip Charge
$1.00 per driving mile for all covered locations.
Shop Services:
Although rare, some computers may need specialized shop services. In most cases we can pick up your computer and have it back to you with next day service.
